Managed respondents

Need respondents? A/B Testing can source them.

When you do not have your own audience, tell us who you need and we can recruit qualified respondents.

Create your survey for free, then choose a paid results plan before you publish and collect responses.

Why it helps

Make the decision smaller.

Managed respondents are priced separately because audience specificity and sample size directly change the cost of the study.

When to use it

Match the method to the decision.

Managed recruitment is useful when your existing audience is too small, inaccessible, or likely to bias the result. Define geography, role, industry, age, experience, and exclusion criteria before fieldwork so feasibility and pricing can be assessed honestly.

Example

Ask a question you can act on.

A B2B study might request US accounting leaders at companies with 50–500 employees. That audience will cost more and take longer to recruit than a broad consumer sample, but it is substantially more relevant to the business decision.

Interpretation

Know what the winner means.

Review completed sample characteristics, quality controls, exclusions, and fieldwork timing before generalizing. Sample size alone does not make a study representative; the recruitment method and match to the intended market matter just as much.
